Our 2026 Group Dates follow the exact same itineraries, routes, and guiding standards as our regular Guided and Semi-Guided Mount Olympus hikes.
The only difference is that these departures are not private. Instead, each group consists of up to 10 participants, making them ideal for solo travellers, pairs, and small groups who prefer to join a shared experience.
You receive the full Olympus Experience service — certified guides, safety-first approach, structured pacing, equipment checks, and the standard route to the Mytikas Summit (2,918 m) — but at a fixed-rate price.
These fixed-date departures are the most accessible way to join a professionally organized ascent, meet other hikers, and secure a confirmed spot for the 2026 Mount Olympus season.

What Happens After You Choose a 2026 Group Date

After selecting a preferred 2026 date, you will be directed to our booking page to submit a simple, commitment-free request. No online payment is required at this stage. Once your request is received, our team checks group capacity, guide allocation, and the overall schedule for that specific departure. If the date is full, we will recommend the closest available alternative or discuss private options if you prefer a fully flexible itinerary.

Frequently Asked Questions – Mount Olympus Group Dates

Yes. All 2026 group departures follow the exact same itineraries, routes, pacing, guiding standards, and safety protocols as our regular Guided and Semi-Guided Mount Olympus hikes. The only difference is that the group is shared with up to 10 participants instead of being private.

After submitting your request, we review guide availability and group capacity and then send you a final confirmation. No online payment is required at this stage.
For more details about how the booking process works, you can read our Booking & Trip Information FAQ.

Our 2026 fixed-date departures are limited to up to 10 participants per group, ensuring a safe and well-managed ascent with proper pacing and personal attention from your certified guide.

A moderate fitness level is recommended for most itineraries. You must be able to hike multiple hours on mountain terrain and carry a personal backpack. For summit routes to Mytikas (2,918 m), prior hiking experience is advised. If unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance.

Safety always comes first. If weather conditions prevent a summit attempt or require itinerary adjustments, your guide will choose the safest alternative route. Weather-related decisions are made on the mountain with real-time conditions.

Not always. Access to Mytikas depends entirely on weather, wind, temperature, and technical conditions. Your guide will brief you on the feasibility during the hike. When safe, the ascent is done with helmets and standard scrambling procedures.

You will receive a full equipment list after submitting your booking request. Standard items include hiking shoes, warm layers, rain protection, snacks, and water. Technical gear such as helmets is provided by us when required for the route.
