Mount Olympus is a demanding and historically significant mountain, and every ascent requires the right planning, pacing, and decision-making.
At Olympus Experience, our mission is to offer safe, well-designed routes — from guided and semi-guided summit ascents to fast-and-light adventures and family-friendly trails.

Each trip is organized with professional route selection, real-time assessment of terrain and weather, and the expertise needed to ensure a rewarding journey to the home of the Greek Gods.
Whether your goal is Mytikas or a scenic introduction to the mountain, we tailor the experience to your pace, fitness level, and expectations.

Stavros is a certified International Mountain Leader (IML / UIMLA), a Greek Mountain Leader (License No. 210381956GR), and an active member of the Hellenic Mountain Leader Association (HMLA).
He is an experienced mountaineer with formal training through the Hellenic Federation of Mountaineering & Climbing, having completed multiple alpine, climbing, and safety courses.

Beyond mountaineering, Stavros is an accomplished endurance athlete — having participated and finished major European ultra-trail races such as UTMB, TDS, and CCC. His background combines physical endurance, technical knowledge, and a deep respect for the mountain environment.
He speaks fluent English, holds a BLS/AED First Aid certification, and has earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Marketing & Business Administration.

At Olympus Experience, Stavros — together with a small network of trusted, certified Mountain Leaders — aims to offer safe, meaningful, and professionally guided adventures on Mount Olympus.
